Irregular and painful Mensurational cycle is the biggest issue of most women.Here are some tips to regularize mensuration and have a healthy mensuration cycle.
 
Good diet:
Minimise sugar, caffeine, salt and alcohol in your diet.Fish oils enhance blood circulation. Also include Omega-3 fatty acids , salmon, sardines, etc in your diet and take food which includes ginger or fenugreek and sesame seeds in them.
 
Exercise
Excersie is a key ingredient to health. Getting regular exercise throughout the month plays a large role in how you feel when your period comes.. For overall health, aim for a balance of aerobic, weight bearing and stretching exercises. 
 
Stress 
The more stressed you are , the more your body responds to it. You can notice a significant difference in their health when they are able to manage their stress effectively. You should also avoid getting anxious or depressed as this will contribute to irregular and even painful periods.
 
Water 
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to flush out toxins and impurities in the body.
 
Sleep well
You can regularize your menstruation by getting enough sleep or ensuring that you get the recommended 8 hours of sleep every night.
